At Trend Physio, we are a passionate team with loads of experience caring for kids, of all abilities. Our aim is to ensure your sessions are playful and empowering making sure you, or your little ones, are ready for all the adventures that life brings.

Located in East Gosford on the Central Coast, NSW, we care about our community and love incorporating all that our wonderful community has to offer. From school visits, to park sessions, to collaborating with local play spaces and other small businesses.
